About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Assist clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements.

1. Create customized domestic and international travel itineraries based on client requirements.

1. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners to ensure smooth booking experiences.

1. Handle customer inquiries through email, WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls.

1. Maintain booking records and customer databases accurately.

1. Follow up with clients regarding travel plans, documentation, and booking confirmations.

1. Assist in designing and promoting travel packages through social media platforms.

1. Create engaging travel-related content, posts, and promotional campaigns.

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

1. Support the operations team in ensuring seamless travel experiences for customers.
