Role Overvie w The Travel Operations Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations, ensuring seamless execution of tours, vendor coordination, bookings, documentation, and guest servicing for FITs, group tours, educational tours, and customized travel program s. Coordinate and execute end-to-end operations for FITs, groups, educational tours, and customized travel packa

• ges.Prepare detailed itineraries, service vouchers, rooming lists, movement charts, and travel documentat
• ion.Manage bookings for hotels, transport, sightseeing, guides, activities, and other travel servi
• ces.Liaise with hotels, transporters, and destination partners to ensure timely confirmations and smooth service deliv
• ery.Negotiate rates and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppli
• ers.Monitor tour movements and ensure all services are delivered as per confirmed itinerar
• ies.Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, transfers, and on-ground logist
• ics.Handle guest queries, special requests, amendments, cancellations, and emergency situations promp
• tly.Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams for tour handovers, costing, invoicing, and reconciliati
• ons.Maintain accurate booking records, confirmations, operational reports, and tour fi
• les.Assist in training and guiding junior team members and support process improveme

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related
