Key Responsibilities
- Sell domestic and international tour packages to individual and corporate clients.
- Provide clients with detailed information about tour itineraries, pricing, and travel documentation.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on sales leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Understand client preferences and customize packages based on their needs and budget.
- Collaborate with DMCs, hotels, and airlines to secure bookings.
- Maintain and update customer databases and manage follow-up processes.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, new destinations, and product offerings.

Other requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in tour package sales, and freshers can also apply.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, tour itineraries, and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Passion for travel and a customer-oriented mindset.
