Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Assist customers with domestic and international travel bookings
Provide information on tour packages, flights, hotels, and visas
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel plans
Handle inquiries through calls, emails and chats
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service
