Job Description: Coordinate daily transport operations for employees, staff, or materials.Plan and optimize routes for cost efficiency and timely service.Manage transport vendors, drivers, and vehicle schedules. Monitor vehicle movement, trip status, and service quality.Ensure compliance with company policies and transport safety regulations.Maintain transport records, MIS reports, attendance, and trip data.Resolve transport-related issues, delays, and employee concerns.Coordinate emergency transportation arrangements when required.Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance schedules, and operational costs.Support implementation of cost-saving transport solutions and process improvements.
