Business Planning - Organization Level Transition Manager will lead definition of the collaboration model with assigned service line teams to define overall frameworks and engagement models while developing deal specific solutions. Proposal Development Transition Manager will lead / create proposal content for transition and deliver client presentations to help close deals by building credibility and comfort with the client, develop the overall transition solution by integrating service lines , alliance partner, etc. developed components with deal specific solution components developed by Infosys to create a differentiated and profitable approach to a prospect's needs. S/He will lead all aspects of plan development, tracking and course correction to ensure that quality deliverables are created in a timely manner.
Account Planning and Review Transition Manager will lead cross-functional Infosys teams in the development of large outsourcing transition plans (where applicable) to create comprehensive plans and meet profitability targets during transition. Relationship Management Transition Manager will interact frequently with client executives both in and out of the office throughout the transition phase to obtain executive buy- in on plan and approach prior to and during the transition phase. People Management The Transition Manager will lead extended teams, monitor performance to target and mentor junior team members to meet plan objectives. Organization Initiatives Transition Manager will participate / lead assigned cross functional assignments across the organization land creates thought leadership materials to influence the market or educate Infosys colleagues.
