Job Description
As a Transformation Communication Specialist, you will support communication planning and execution for enterprise transformation initiatives, helping employees and stakeholders understand, adopt, and sustain change. You will work closely with program leaders, change managers, and business stakeholders to develop clear, consistent, and engaging communications across multiple channels.
You will report to the Global Leader of Transformation in a hybrid environment based in India, depending on business needs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of communication plans aligned with transformation objectives, milestones, and change impacts.
- Develop and maintain a clear transformation narrative, translating complex topics into simple, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
- Create communication materials including emails, FAQs, presentations, SharePoint/intranet content, leader toolkits, talking points, videos, and workshop materials.
- Partners with program leaders, change managers, regional teams, and workstream leads to tailor communication while maintaining consistency.
- Track communication effectiveness through feedback, engagement metrics, readiness indicators, and adoption trends, recommending improvements as needed.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Change, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience supporting business transformation, organizational change, internal communications, or large-scale program communications.
