About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Intern to support our Customer Training initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in training coordination, content development, and end-to-end execution of training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training sessions (virtual and in-person).
Support in preparing training materials, presentations etc.
Maintain and update training trackers, attendance sheets, and feedback reports.
Coordinate with trainers, employees, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all training initiatives.
Assist in gathering feedback and analyzing training effectiveness.
Participate in research for new training trends, tools, and best practices.
Handle logistical and administrative tasks related to training programs.
Provide general support to the team on ongoing projects.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
