About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Support the creation of animation-based training videos for retail staff

1. Develop engaging scripts and storyboards based on SOPs and training requirements

1. Use AI-based content development tools to create both short and long-format videos

1. Creative thinking with a visual storytelling mindset

1. Understanding of retail/customer experience (added advantage)

1. Ability to think on one’s feet quickly

1. Possess an overall calm attitude, be good at conflict resolution skills, and get the tasks assigned done even on days where we experience high work volumes

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team environment, and meet targets under tight timeframes

1. Knowledge of AI video tools (e.g., text-to-video, voice AI, avatar tools)
