About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging training sessions on AI and Digital Skills to students under the Naan Mudhalvan Project.

1. Facilitate classroom learning and encourage active student participation throughout training sessions.

1. Coordinate with the project team to ensure a seamless and positive learning experience for students.

1. Support the end-to-end delivery and execution of the program at assigned locations.

1. Assist students with learning activities, assessments, assignments, and queries during sessions.

1. Maintain accurate attendance records and submit session completion reports as required.

1. Adhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and timelines communicated by the program team.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.

1. Experience in training, teaching, facilitation, learning & development, or educational programs is preferred.

1. Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

1. Basic knowledge of AI, digital skills, and technology concepts.
