We are seeking a dynamic and industry-experienced Event Management Lecturer to educate, mentor, and train future event professionals. The role involves combining academic concepts with real-world industry insights. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, designing updated curricula, and guiding students in live-event projects.
Key Responsibilities
A. Curriculum Delivery
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures on corporate events, wedding planning, exhibition management, and public relations.
B. Practical Training
Mentor students on the 5 C's of Event Management (Concept, Coordination, Control, Culmination, Closeout).
Train students on event marketing metrics and practical applications.
C. Live Project Supervision
Guide students through planning, budgeting, and execution of live campus or industry events.
D. Student Assessment
Design, conduct, and evaluate examinations, assignments, quizzes, and practical presentations.
E. Industry Liaison
Coordinate with industry experts for guest lectures, workshops, and internship opportunities.
F. Academic Administration
Maintain attendance records, track student progress, and participate in faculty meetings.

Other requirements
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lecturer, Faculty, or Senior Trainer in Event Management, Media Studies, or Hospitality Management.
Alternatively, 2–3 years of core event planning industry experience with a strong teaching interest is acceptable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, MBA, or related field.
Proficiency in event planning tools, MS PowerPoint, Canva, and virtual classroom platforms.
Strong public speaking skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
