Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various online platforms and job boards.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Provide support in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on the company website and social media platforms.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
