Job Description (Project Coordinator)Project Coordinator supports project managers with overseeing and coordinating projects. They contribute to project planning, preparing, and maintaining documentation. The project Coordinator further reviews contracts and financials, monitors project activities, and evaluates the overall tasks.Project Coordinators coordinate multiple tasks and work closely with the project managers to ensure successful projects. They are traffic controllers who arrange assignments, analyse the budget and timelines of a project. Additionally, the project Coordinator provides status reports to management and stakeholders. Also, they utilise spreadsheets and databases to offer data visualisation for improved decision-making. Responsibilities:Project CoordinationAssist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes.Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.Identify project risks and escalate issues when necessary.Support resource planning and task allocation activities.Basic Quality Assurance (QA)Review project requirements and acceptance criteria.Prepare and execute basic test cases based on requirements.Perform functional testing of web, mobile, and API-based applications.Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.Ensure delivered features meet business requirements before release.Coordinate with developers to clarify issues and validate resolutions.Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and release checklists. Skills:Strong understanding in project management and data analysisProficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applicationsWorking knowledge of applicable laws and standards in the industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional research and reporting skillsExcellent collaborative skills and ability to maintain positive work relationshipsLanguages - English , Hindi and Telugu.Top-notch communication skills for presenting new ideas and strategies that can improve current planning processes.Interest in mobile apps and the gaming industry.Understanding of app and game development lifecycles.Experience in testing mobile apps and games is a plus.Technologies:Microsoft Office SuiteHuly / Jira / Trello or similar project management tools.Google sheets, docs and slides
