Key Responsibilities

1. Engage donors by spreading awareness about India's biodiversity and effectively communicating the organization's mission, vision, and programs to potential donors

1. Contact donors through calls and explain WWF India's work clearly and engagingly to generate funds for conservation activities

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and volunteers to encourage long-term engagement and support

1. Develop and nurture donor networks and upgrade supporters within the donor engagement pyramid

1. Handle donor communication through phone, email, and mail, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

1. Maintain and update donor information in databases while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,60,000 /year
