Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for middle school students in alignment with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring age-appropriate learning outcomes and language proficiency development.

1. Assess, monitor, and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, examinations, and regular feedback while maintaining accurate academic records.

1. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes effective communication, critical thinking, creativity, and a love for Hindi language and literature.

1. Develop lesson plans, teaching resources, and differentiated instructional strategies to address diverse learning needs and support student achievement.

1. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support students' academic, social, and emotional development and participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development initiatives.
