Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Marketing at the Point of Sales:
Own and oversee all marketing activities at the dealership to promote Mahindra eSUVs.
Ensure the dealership space reflects the brand’s identity through effective merchandising and promotional materials.
- Training & Enablement:
Built capability for dealership sales staff on promotional campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
Provide the dealership sales team with promo-specific tools and materials for seamless execution.
- Budget Management:
Manage Advertising & Promotion (A&P) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Track and report on budget utilization to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Event Planning & Execution:
Plan and execute dealership-level events, workshops, and promotional activities to generate excitement around eSUVs.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams for smooth execution of marketing events.
- Customized Offerings:
Develop and implement tailored marketing solutions and offers that cater to the dealership’s unique customer and regional demographics.
- Growth Initiatives:
Proactively identify and implement growth opportunities, exploring both traditional and non-traditional marketing approaches.
Regularly monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies.
