The Tour Coordinator will manage guided tours, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth logistics for each trip. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing travel plans, managing customer inquiries, managing bookings, collaborating with vendors, and assisting in event-related planning and execution. The role also involves fostering client relationships and upselling services to meet sales targets. Qualifications
- Experience in Guided Tours and Event Management
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Knowledge of Sales techniques and the ability to meet targets
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities for managing logistics
- Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to dynamic schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or related fields preferred
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism sector is an advantage
