• Lead and scale Quick Commerce advertising across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart & other marketplaces.
• Drive revenue growth, ROAS, visibility, and share of shelf for partner brands.
• Build and execute performance marketing strategies, campaigns, and optimization plans.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and take data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with Brand, Sales, Creative, and Product teams to maximize outcomes.
• Mentor and manage a small team of performance marketers.

• 36 years of Performance Marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Quick Commerce Ads (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Team management experience is a plus.
• Startup hustle, ownership mindset, and love for solving growth challenges.
