About the job

We are looking for a creative Thumbnail Designer & Animation Asset Designer who can create high-quality YouTube thumbnails and prepare professional assets for animation projects.

Responsibilities

Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for educational content. Create characters, backgrounds, props, icons, infographics, and scene elements in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. Organize layers properly so that assets are ready for animation in Adobe After Effects. Maintain consistent visual style across videos. Work closely with scriptwriters, storyboard artists, and animators.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator. Understanding of layer management and asset preparation for animation. Experience designing YouTube thumbnails with high CTR potential. Good sense of composition, typography, colors, and visual storytelling. Ability to follow reference styles and brand guidelines. Basic understanding of After Effects workflow is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working on educational, explainer, or storytelling content. Knowledge of character design and vector illustration. Familiarity with cinematic and modern thumbnail styles.
