Test Lead - Embedded Device Testing

Scrum Master Experience - 3 to 5 Years Technical Skills

MUST HAVE :

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common engineering workflows. Familiarity with web, mobile, and desktop application technologies (e.g., Angular, C#, .NET, WPF).
• Ability to work with technical leads to plan sprints and align timelines.
• Practical knowledge of Agile engineering practices
• Understanding of DevOps tools & workflows (e.g., CI/CD, backlog tools like Jira/Azure Boards).
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff
• Ability to read and interpret technical task breakdowns, estimations, dependencies, and risks.
• Understanding of metrics (velocity, burndown, flow efficiency) and how to interpret them for continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment) and how they relate to technical execution.
• Awareness of technical craftsmanship principles—clean code, maintainability, testing approach, and system stability.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, full‑stack engineers, QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure delivery alignment.

NICE TO HAVE :

• Basic understanding of API, cloud, and system integration concepts to support cross‑functional collaboration.
