Test Lead - Embedded Device Testing

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Python-based test automation , Selenium , and Robot Framework . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and maintaining end-to-end automation frameworks, designing scalable test solutions, and automating testing for web and cloud-based applications. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of Playwright would be a significant advantage. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust end-to-end automation frameworks using Python. Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Robot Framework. Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation solutions for web and cloud-based applications. Participate in test planning, test strategy creation, and automation feasibility analysis. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines. Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution. Develop automation dashboards and reporting mechanisms. Automate cloud-hosted applications and validate cloud-native services. Ensure test coverage across business-critical workflows. Review code and automation scripts to maintain quality standards and best practices. Skill Requirements Strong hands-on experience in Python programming . Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver . Strong expertise in Robot Framework . Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automation frameworks . Experience with API automation and validation. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC. Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools. Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
