Test Lead - C#, Selenium, Python

Responsible for leading the testing efforts for projects using c#, selenium, and python. Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure the quality of software products. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements and provide testing support. Monitor and manage the testing progress, report on testing activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the testing team in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks using c#, selenium, and python.
- Coordinate testing activities, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.
- Review and analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Mentor and train team members on best practices, testing methodologies, and tools related to c#, selenium, and python testing.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the testing function.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in c# programming language for test automation.
- Strong experience in using selenium for test automation of web applications.
- Good knowledge of python scripting for test automation and data manipulation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Ability to lead and guide a team of testers to achieve project objectives.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
Other Requirements
3 to 4 years of strong hands-on experience in Software, System and hardware testing of medical device. Working knowledge on Python, test automation frameworks (e.g. Squish, Google Test, Robot Framework, PyTest.) Perform regression, integration, and system testing, Test case design techniques Use of tools for static code analysis (e.g., Coverity, Sonar), code coverage, unit testing, integration testing, and system-level testing. Experience in automation of test plans, test cases, test results, and defect reports. Ability to collaborate with developers, QA, systems engineers, and regulatory teams Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. Ability to work independently or with a group and self-motivated. Collaborate with hardware and system teams for board bring-up and debugging. Good to have medical domain knowledge & real time systems.
