As a Territory Sales Manager – Bhatinda, you are a driven sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering results. You will be the face of Goodyear in your territory, driving growth in the Consumer Replacement Business. You will own your market, identify opportunities, and ensure Goodyear remains the brand of choice for dealers and consumers alike.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- You will take full ownership of sales targets and market share growth in your assigned territory.
- You will build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
- You will drive demand generation through effective dealer engagement, promotional activities, and consumer-focused initiatives.
- You will monitor competitor activities and market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- You will ensure effective execution of Goodyear’s sales programs, pricing strategies, and distribution policies.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- You will track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide clear recommendations for business growth.
Education and Experience:
- You bring 3+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, automotive, consumer durables, or a related industry; tire industry experience is preferred.
- You bring a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
