Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues related to the e-procurement platform via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements related to tender submissions and provide appropriate support.
- Set up and manage customer profiles in accordance with tender requirements on the portal.
- Identify suitable tenders based on customer needs and assist with tender submissions on the platform.
- Provide timely support and assistance to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Share customer feedback with management to improve products, services, and support processes.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.
- Stay updated on changes to the e-procurement platform and relevant industry trends.
