Key Responsibilities

1. Write Telugu scripts for paid ad creatives across formats, including UGC, AI-powered videos, founder-led, problem-solution, testimonial, and influencer integrations.

1. Own the creative end-to-end: hook ideation, full script, brief to editor, and review of cuts.

1. Ship a steady volume of scripts each week, with hooks engineered for the first 3 seconds.

1. Read performance data weekly (hook rate, CTR, CVR, watch time) and use it to decide what to double down on, kill, or remix.

1. Run hypothesis-led experiments with new formats, new angles, and new hooks. Report what worked and why.

1. Work directly with Telugu influencers and creators on scripts and integration ideas.

1. Adapt winning concepts from Hindi and other South markets into culturally native Telugu, not literal translations.

1. Sit with editors, give feedback, and protect the intent of the script through the final cut.
