About the Job
The Telesales Team Leader is responsible for managing and overseeing a team of telesales representatives, ensuring efficient operations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills to drive team performance, enhance sales results, and foster positive customer relationships. The Team Leader will also manage daily operations, ensure adherence to SLAs, and collaborate with other departments to meet company goals. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of SLAs while maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and drive day-to-day sales targets, ensuring that all team members meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Oversee daily team activities, set clear goals, and develop call strategies for executives in collaboration with clients.
- Ensure that the team maintains the agreed standards in relation to job assignments and performance metrics.
- Track and document work schedules and absences to ensure consistent staffing levels.
- Resolve any audit-related issues in a timely and thorough manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all issues and queries related to specific business assignments.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their performance and skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve sales and customer service outcomes.
- Ensure that sales processes and client interactions are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
ISMS Responsibilities:
- Ensure that project management methods in used by the organization cover
- Information security objectives are included in project objectives
- An information security risk assessment is conducted at an early stage of the project to identify necessary controls
