TBWXpress promises a delightful customer experience while empowering entrepreneurial partnerships. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The role involves reaching out to potential franchisees, generating leads, and converting them into partners. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide essential information about franchise opportunities, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Additionally, you will work closely with potential and existing partners, support their training and onboarding processes, and ensure a smooth communication flow. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and build positive relationships.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with potential franchise partners.Proven Sales skills to convert leads into successful partnerships and achieve targets.Experience in Training new partners or stakeholders is a plus.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup.Good understanding of the foodservice or franchise industry is a bonus.
