Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls
Handle 200+ customer calls daily to drive enrollments for the Nano Program
Manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining sales & service quality
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
Eligibility
Graduate with 24 years of Tele-Sales / Inside Sales experience
Prior experience in Healthcare, Health-Tech, Wellness, Fitness or Subscription-based businesses preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving conversions
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
Additional regional language proficiency (Marathi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, or Bengali) is an advantage
Earn certifications in these skills
