Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Bhubaneswar. The Telesales Representative will engage potential customers through phone calls, explain product and service offerings, and address any queries they may have. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining customer records, providing excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves continuous skill development, including participation in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer interaction skills. Qualifications

• Strong Communication and active listening skills to confidently engage and build rapport with customers
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle customer interactions effectively and provide solutions to their needs
• Sales skills and the ability to actively close deals and meet targets
• Willingness to participate in Training and continuously upgrade skills
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team environment, and goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills are a plus
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage
