Location: Dubai, UAEJob Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and sales. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating interest in real estate opportunities, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and leads.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Introduce and promote Dubai real estate investment opportunities to potential buyers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
• Schedule appointments and property consultations for sales agents.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or telesales.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into qualified leads.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-based environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Real estate experience will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
