Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales and Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Telesales and Sales Executive will engage potential and existing clients via phone calls, messages, and in-person meetings to promote real estate investment opportunities and services. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in CRM or internal tools. The role involves coordinating property site visits, following up on leads to convert inquiries into sales, and supporting clients through the entire sales cycle from first contact to closure. The Telesales and Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on inventory, pricing, market trends, and promotional campaigns, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and deliver clear, persuasive conversations over phone and in person.
- Proven aptitude for telesales or inside sales, including lead generation, follow-up, and conversion in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of real estate or investment products, with willingness to learn local and international property market dynamics.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and comfort working with digital communication platforms.
- Solid negotiation, closing, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and clients simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales or real estate experience is an advantage.
- Comfort working flexible hours or weekends when required for client meetings or site visits.
