Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (Health Insurance) Purpose of the Role: The Virtual Relationship Manager (Health Insurance) will be responsible for onboarding, engaging, and servicing POSP/Advisor partners for Health Insurance products. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing partner relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between partners and internal teams for policy issuance and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential POSP/Advisor partners and onboard them for Health Insurance products.
- Service and manage existing POSP/Advisor partners to drive Health insurance sales growth.
- Handle partner and customer queries with quick and satisfactory resolution.
- Coordinate with the central operations and Health Insurance team for seamless policy issuance.
- Provide virtual training and product knowledge support to partners.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to support sales closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and productivity metrics.
- Maintain ownership of the assigned partner base and sales funnel. Candidate Profile /
Eligibility:
- Experience in Health Insurance sales (agency/advisor/POSP).
- Knowledge of Health Insurance products.
- Graduation in any stream.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Target-driven mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; local language is an added advantage.
