About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Conduct telephonic follow-ups with borrowers for loan recovery and overdue payments.

1. Manage assigned commercial vehicle loan accounts and ensure timely collections.

1. Record all call interactions, payment commitments, and updates accurately in the App.

1. Monitor repayment progress and maintain continuous communication with customers.

1. Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

1. Support asset repossession coordination as per approved processes, when applicable.

1. Ensure full compliance with company policies, audit norms, and regulatory standards.

1. Handle repayment negotiations and restructuring discussions professionally.

1. Maintain detailed reports of daily activities and ensure accurate case disposition.
