Description:
He/She will be part of the Employee Digital Services (DMH) team, in charge of Human Resources (HR) Applications and will act as a Product Developer in the HR Integration Team to secure Design, Development, Tests and Business satisfaction.
As part of the HR Workday integration team, he/she is in charge of handling the various requests of data integration, data extraction and process automation within the workday, leveraging the integration framework.
He/She acts as a direct focal point with the various stakeholders to resolve issues, design solutions, plan and organize activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handling backlog activities from conception to finished product.
- Design, maintain and operate technical flows, both inbound and outbound, HR Workday System.
- Ensure issues investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions plan.
- Conduct impact analysis and handle system evolutions as per agreed requirements.
- Monitor day-to-day integrations and support campaign execution.
- Handle non regression testing.
- Enable architectural compliance with the integration strategy following Tech Lead Guidance.
- Maintain operational and technical documentation.
- Contribute to stakeholders Management
- Shift Work (Europe Shift : 13:00 to 22:00 IST) : On a rotational basis and/or for a prolonged time
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant stream, with 3 - 5 years of experience in the mentioned scope
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience on different types of Workday Integrations: EIBs, Core Connectors(PECI/WECI/CCW etc), Document Transformation, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST API based and packaged integration
