- Strong hands-on experience creating product documentation, user guides, implementation manuals, knowledge base articles, release notes, and technical documentation for SaaS products or software platforms.
- Experience documenting AI, Generative AI, LLM, Automation, Cloud, API-based, or enterprise software products.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and convert them into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Strong practical knowledge of software development workflows, SaaS applications, APIs, integrations, and technical product ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with documentation platforms such as Confluence, Notion, GitBook, ReadMe, Document360, or similar tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms to improve research, documentation quality, and productivity.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation standards, content structure, and information architecture.
- Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
- Experience managing end-to-end documentation ownership in a fast-paced product environment.Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve product documentation for AIMLEAPs AI and SaaS solutions.
- Develop user guides, onboarding documentation, implementation manuals, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
- Create API documentation, integration guides, developer references, and technical support documentation.
- Prepare release notes, feature documentation, product updates, and change logs for new product releases.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA teams, and Customer Success teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical users.
- Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and best practices across products.
- Manage documentation updates aligned with product releases, enhancements, and feature launches.
- Build and maintain centralized documentation repositories and self-service knowledge bases.
- Identify documentation gaps and proactively improve content quality, usability, and accessibility.Qualifications
