About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the live application pipeline daily, identify candidates shortlisted for online assessments or Round 1 interviews
- Reach out to shortlisted candidates proactively and schedule prep sessions well before their interview date
- Conduct 1:1 prep sessions covering online assessments (aptitude, coding, domain tests on HackerRank, Mettl, AMCAT, Mercer) and Round 1 interviews (intro, JD fitment, technical screening, behavioral rounds)
- Deliver domain-specific technical coaching, prepare Java, SAP, DevOps, data engineering, cloud, and other IT candidates for role-relevant screening questions
- Build and maintain a question bank organized by employer, role, domain, and assessment platform, updated continuously based on candidate feedback post-interview
- Track outcomes for every prepped candidate cleared, rejected, and no-show, and maintain a conversion tracker
- Identify patterns in rejections across assessment types and domains; update prep content and coaching approach accordingly
- Coordinate with the ops team on candidate status, prep readiness, and scheduling
