Key Responsibilities
- Provide project coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with domestic and international customers and internal teams to resolve queries, address issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track project progress, analyze project data, and communicate updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational activities.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and project management tools to support project planning, coordination, and reporting.
