About the job
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, internet, and application-related problems.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. This is US Process voice support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service will be an added advantage.Location: ThaneProcess: Voice ProcessSalary: Up to 28,000 In-Hand per month
