This role is at innovative tech company providing secure video hosting to e-learning, content creator and media businesses. Site is at www.vdocipher.com. Already in revenues , profitable with 3000+ business customers across 120+ countries. There is an existing experienced product support team, we are expanding it. Salary range - 11 to 18 LPA (CTC=Gross), The wide range is to accommodate candidates based on actual experience and skillset.
- B2B Customer Support Role. (No cold calling/cold sales, only interested trial signup clients in consideration).* Ability to understand the technical product and explain it to e-learning and media businesses and make them customers.* Prior experience in selling technical products, explaining API/SDK documentation, infra workflows is a plus.* Troubleshoot product issues through tutorials and guides. Attention to detail.* Conversation over tickets, emals , chat, call, online calls with customers.* Create short tutorials for product integration and issue solutions using AI video tools.* English proficiency is a must, we have 60% customers from outside India. Email conversations to customers is a large part of the role.* Do zoom webinars/video calls to demo product to customers on regular basis.* Prior experience in support/selling/business development is a bonus.* Understanding of algorithms, coding is a bonus.
