This role supports B2B customers in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), and design visualization domains.Agents will handle installation, activation, licensing, and entry-level technical queries, as well as assist users with foundational workflows across drafting, BIM modeling, and visualization.Roles & Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or phone for AutoCAD, Revit, and 3DS Max. Support customers with product installation, activation, registration, and licensing. Provide first-level troubleshooting for performance or configuration issues. Guide users on basic workflows drafting (AutoCAD), BIM (Revit), and rendering/visualization (3DS Max). Document and escalate complex technical or product-specific issues to higher-tier support teams. Maintain accurate case records to support quality and process improvements.Qualifications, Experience & Certifications Autodesk Certified Professional in AutoCAD for Design & Drafting (required). Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design (required). Autodesk Certified User or Professional in 3DS Max (required). Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. Professional experience using at least two of the three products (AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English required
