Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Source Talent: Find qualified technical candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and tech communities.

1. Screen Resumes: Review applications to match technical skill sets with our open roles.

1. Coordinate Interviews: Schedule multi-stage technical rounds and follow up with candidates.

1. Track Pipelines: Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

1. Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.
