This Position reports to:

Business Manager - Operations&Portfolio

Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will analyze customer RFQs, develop process concepts for robotic automation, and prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals with strong expertise in BIW/SPM design, simulation, and automotive manufacturing processes, along with effective coordination with customers and vendors to deliver optimized solutions.

The work model for the role is: Li_#Onsite This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:-

• Analyze customer RFQs, clarify technical requirements, and conduct site visits to gather project data.

• Perform process engineering activities including layout development, robotic application conceptualization, and cycle time estimation.

• Validate design concepts using basic engineering calculations and ensure quality checks throughout the design phase.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors (design houses, manufacturing partners, and bought-out part suppliers) for technical inputs and costing.

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to align technical requirements and support proposal development.
