Mist Avinya Technologies is seeking a high-impact Technical Project Manager to join our growing team in Noida. This role is designed for a technical leader who possesses a blend of deep architectural understanding and exceptional client-facing communication skills. You will serve as the primary bridge between our engineering teams and our customers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects involving Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will lead a small team of technical resources, providing both project oversight and technical mentorship to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
A. Technical leadership:
Lead and mentor a small, agile team of engineers and architects.
Conduct architectural reviews and help unblock technical hurdles during implementation.
B. Stakeholder management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Communicate project health to stakeholders.
C. Project delivery:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects across Cloud Migration (on-prem to AWS), App Modernization (monolith to microservices), and Generative AI workstreams.
D. Cloud strategy:
Assist in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions primarily on AWS.
Evaluate multi-cloud opportunities where beneficial for the client.
E. Operational excellence:
Drive Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) within the team.
Ensure timely delivery and maintain high standards of code and documentation.

2+ years of professional experience in technical project management, software engineering leadership, or systems architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) core services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IAM.
Proven ability to lead and influence small technical teams through complex project lifecycles.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers and executive stakeholders.
Direct experience managing projects in Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, or Data/AI implementations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
B. Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing multi-cloud environments, specifically with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Hands-on experience or deep theoretical knowledge of Generative AI frameworks, including AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or LLM integration.
Current AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) or related specialty certifications.
Strong proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
