Job Requirements

Role and Responsibility Brief

• Manages and executes a program involving cross-functional project teams to drive the engineering development and delivery.

• Partners with both internal stakeholders and external partners across the Software ecosystem.

• The person should run sprint planning, understand requirements from product owners and UX teams, get timelines from engineering teams, and be able to track the project status.

• Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.

• Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.

• Communicates program progress, escalations, risk and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.

• Able to manage Mutiple stack, applications and able to manager internal and client stakeholders

• Drives innovation and integration of innovative technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the engineering organization.
