Technical Program Manager, Long Haul Planner, Global Network Acquisition

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in technical projects or program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with program management in the networking area with delivering infrastructure assets and vendor management.

• Experience with data visualization in business intelligence platform.

• Knowledge of fiber optic systems/submarine cable ecosystem.

• Understanding of Asian and global carrier networks.

• Ability to exercise business and technical understanding to drive the long-term objectives of the organization.
