About The Role
As demand for AI continues to accelerate, how to scale and improve engineering productivity become one of the company’s most strategic challenges.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to help lead the cross functional team programs to ensure we have the right strategy and execution to deliver what is needed to scale engineering. This role will work directly with different engineering teams, IT, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and executive leadership to maximize our engineering productivity so that we can our customer demands without linearly increasing the team size.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for defining and delivering important programs with broad organizational, business and technical impact in Dev Productivity domain.
- Provide cross-functional leadership with Engineering and Product Management, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
- Bring strong, data-driven and strategic technical judgment to decisions.
- Be hands-on, working closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to design, build, and deliver the next generation of Snowflake services and apps.
- Amplify your impact by educating and mentoring the TPM and Engineering communities on program management best practices.
