Job Overview: Cloud Group at Netradyne builds and continuously enhances Netradyne’s SaaS product and Driver.i Platform. Technical Program Managers play important role in ensuring various programs are run delivered with optimal solution in timely manner. The programs range across building new products, reducing technical debts and to serve customer requirements. We are looking to add super star players to our Technical Program Managers team.

Ensure success of key account deliverables by being the bridge between business requirements and Netradyne engineering.
Understand technical requirements from customer and/or partner, and identify potential architectural solutions to achieve the same, given knowledge of Netradyne product architecture. Collaborate internally to conclude on the architecture as necessary
Develop deep understanding of Netradyne Product and Architecture. Be the SME on published and unpublished product functionalities
Provide inputs to the Engineering teams on improvement areas
Communicate extensively with key customer account stakeholders (business and technical) and internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Business) via all modes and all geographies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data analytics, and customer success teams, to define project scope, goals and deliverables
Identify and proactively remove any potential roadblocks to customer success.
Use interpersonal skills to develop strong internal and external relationships, and leverage those to improve collaboration and coordination
Monitor the performance of projects and make necessary corrections to ensure their successful completion
Provide regular and proactive updates to Netradyne Senior Management on Program progress
Mandatory Skills:
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Ability to develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders
At least 5 years of prior hands on experience with developing, testing and releasing scalable software projects
At least 4 years of experience in customer facing roles and delivery management
Prior experience working with teams and stakeholders in multiple geographies
Must have the capability of data-driven decision making by using metrics, logs, dashboards, and KPIs to guide decisions and communicate to stakeholders
Translate customer business needs into clear technical requirements, feature proposals, and architectural direction
Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, esp. related to server-side software
Conversant with APIs / Webhooks / Scalable Servers / Technical Feasibility / Public Cloud and related concepts
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Reasonable understanding of product and cloud security
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lead teams without managing
Anticipates technical challenges, constraints, dependencies, and can explain trade-offs to customers
Must be able to build trust, handle escalation, and balances customer asks with internal constraints
Qualifications and Education Requirements
BTech/MTech, MBA (will be a preferred).
