Overall Objectives of Job: (If multiple sections, accord weightage to each section)
The candidate would be responsible for technical deliveries, which include environment build, application deployment, server/application patching/release, server migrations, application upgrades, automation & IT infrastructure support operations in the IAM Local team Infrastructure domain.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with project managers and technical teams for planned system upgrades, server roll out, application upgrades, changes, releases and run the business tasks.
Provide specialist assistance and input to various key technical projects
Maintenance and proactive monitoring of IAM Infrastructure across environments.
Ensure Implementation processes and procedures are developed, implemented and followed for various activities with respect to IAM Infrastructure Projects.
Proper documentation of various implementation procedures for system and application upgrades before handing over the systems to the Operations team.
Work with the business and development teams to plan, manage and implement various changes in the pre-production Middleware Environment
Experience with interacting with customers, senior managers, and customers, to handle service inquiries and problems.
Develop automation tools by writing/modifying scripts for deployment, maintenance and system monitoring.
Plan, document, review and maintain system administrations guidelines and policies.

Experience in backend solution, day to day system admin and monitoring, file system management and disk management and creation of shell scripts for the automation of tasks and the extraction of logs.
Update operations and maintenance documentation for 24/7/365 personnel.
Support operations across multiple geographic locations.
Develop solutions to complex technical issues.
Provide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for Root Cause analysis, engineering technical assessment and process improvement initiatives
Responsible for the upgrade and security patching of the product of the solutions he is responsible for. Including interfacing with the different parties to avoid application disruption.
Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills
Master’s Degree
Prior Experience in IAM management and windows Server environment
Working in L3 Roles in a global delivery team model

Expertise ADFS
Global Identity and Access Management concept
Strong knowledge in IAM tools and application
Strong knowledge in Microsoft windows environment (servers and workstation) and infrastructure topics, GPO, LDAP
Powershell
Ability to troubleshoot third party applications
Assists others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommends smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions
Provides deep specialist consultancy, guidance and support in their specific specialism. Works with other Technical Specialists/analysts as required and ensures any solution within their specific specialism fits with strategic and technical direction
