Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Performance Management (PM) and Goal Management (GM) modules of SAP SuccessFactors. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions aligned with organizational performance management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements related to Performance Management and Goal Management.Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules based on business needs.Design and maintain Performance Review Forms, Route Maps, Goal Plans, and Calibration processes.Configure Continuous Performance Management (CPM) and Coaching Activities.Support Goal Cascading, Goal Libraries, and Goal Alignment processes.Manage form templates, competency frameworks, rating scales, and workflows.Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and support deployment activities.Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with integration and technical teams.Provide production support and resolve configuration-related issues.Support release management and quarterly SAP SuccessFactors upgrades.Create user documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.Required SkillsFunctional SkillsStrong experience in:SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management (PM)SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management (GM)Continuous Performance Management (CPM)Calibration360 Multi-Rater Reviews (Preferred)Knowledge of competency and performance frameworks.Understanding of HR performance and talent management processes.Experience with role-based permissions (RBP).Technical SkillsSuccessFactors Admin Center ConfigurationBusiness Rules ConfigurationMDF Objects (Basic understanding)Integration knowledge with:Employee CentralLMSCompensationSuccession & DevelopmentReport Center and basic reporting capabilitiesMandatory QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.Minimum 4+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.At least 2 end-to-end implementations in PMGM.Experience in support and enhancement projects.Preferred CertificationsSAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals.SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (Preferred).Key CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to work independently and in a global environment.Strong documentation and presentation skills.Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.Good to HaveExperience with Compensation, Succession Planning, or Career Development Planning.Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Experience working in Agile delivery models.Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
