With operations across multiple verticals and Distribution as our core strength, we continue to grow by investing in people and technology.We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience or a strong interest in Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm (FA), and Public Address (PA) systems. The role involves providing in-house technical support, troubleshooting system issues, conducting site visits, and assisting in new product evaluation and R&D activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and in-house technical support for Fire Alarm, PA, and BMS systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in FA/PA systems
- Visit project sites for technical support, system inspection, commissioning assistance, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with project teams and customers to resolve technical concerns
- Assist in testing, evaluation, and R&D activities for new products and technologies
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and troubleshooting guides
- Support system integration and configuration activities when required
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field
- 23 years of experience in Fire Alarm, PA, ELV, or BMS systems
- Candidates with BMS experience or a strong interest in learning and working on BMS systems are preferred
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required
- Strong communication and customer support skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm and Public Address systems.
- Basic understanding of BMS, HVAC controls, and ELV systems.
- Experience in technical support, commissioning, or maintenance activities.
